What automation can—and cannot—confirm

Automation can make document work more efficient. Its results still need to be interpreted in the context of the file and the checks that were actually performed.

Start with recorded evidence

Our automated first pass provides a remediated PDF, a recorded PDF/UA-1 machine-check result, and content/appearance comparisons for supported files. The report describes that processing; it does not say a person has reviewed every accessibility decision.

Meaning requires judgment

A tag can be structurally valid while describing the wrong role. An instruction that looks prominent might still be a paragraph rather than a heading. A meaningful image description requires context, not just the presence of a text field.

Choose the right follow-up

Use the automated report to decide what needs closer attention. Specialist review can examine the agreed scope and record findings, fixes, and remaining issues. Keep that record with the final document rather than treating any single checker as the whole assessment.
